1. Virtual Currency
INCS Coins are virtual in-game currency. They can be earned by playing on our servers or purchased through our store. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
2. Purchases
All purchases of virtual currency or premium features are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD or ILS as applicable. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Refunds
Digital goods are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days via our Discord and we will review your case under applicable Israeli consumer law.
4. Premium Membership
Premium subscriptions may be monthly or lifetime. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
